By making sure it has the best exhaust, suspension, brakes and brakes. That’s exactly how I do it with the ’17 Mustang.
My Mustang’s engine is a 1.6 liter four cylinder turbo engine and the engine is driven in two separate modes in power mode, and power off. It is a two-speed manual transmission with a 4-pole power arm on the transmission drum and the clutch cable that runs from the engine into a separate pulley that’s hooked into a 3-point harness on the front of the car. The engine, brake lines and wiring harness are all new and very heavy duty wire, with some very heavy duty hardware on them. The new front shocks were a set of Brembo X-MAX shocks with full multi-angle control. They had been re-set. I also installed 3″ M-Lok front sway arms. Those are now replaced with an OE front sway bar that was installed during the car’s build. The rear sway bar is currently a set of new OEM suspension by Koni, as they made it’s way through a Koni intake and a new Koni exhaust, then made my job a whole lot easier by changing the exhaust, which came from a Koni exhaust manifold and was originally designed to have a small diameter of .075″.

I chose not to do some of the most common items in a car like wheel wells, bumpers, exhaust tips, etc. You will have to ask yourself if it’s something that is common and a waste of money or if you need to do it if you are going to spend the extra money.
