Citroen has long been in the forefront of the turbocharging movement and has now come out with its new RSV4. The next generation of this popular saloon will be arriving with a 2.0-liter turbo in the new Citroen T100/120, which joins the T110, T110E, and T110E Plus models.

The RSV4 is powered by a 2.0-liter turbocharged petrol engine, which has been modified for use in the 4×4. It will go on sale in Europe by the end of 2018 (with the US, Asia, Australia and Africa following suit) and North America in late 2017, with the standard model costing in the low teens, which comes with the standard six-speed manual on the base, and a six-speed manual plus automatic on the T110e/120, T110E and T110e Plus. Additional engines, such as a turbocharged or straight-six, will be available.

The turbocharged turbo engine in the RSV4 is rated at 220 horsepower and 217 pound-feet of torque, which should put the RSV4 in the realm of the top saloons today. It is coupled with a three-speed automatic transmission. The new RSV4, which will be offered with all new exterior and interior colors, including red and gold, should be available for around $45,000.

The T120, with which the RSV4 is based , will use the same 2.0-liter engine, but with a modified supercharger for the 2.0-liter-sized turbo. Both models will carry a sticker price of around $25,000.
