Yes. Simply go to the Image Options dialog and make the adjustments. You can change the number of pixels visible on the clothing, what color, style, and size of the adjustment and which layer is used. Photoshop also has a few other tools that you need to know to work correctly with Photoshop.

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla (Reuters) – A group of African migrants and relatives of those migrants will be granted special permission to stay in the United States if President Donald Trump grants a waiver that allows them to live in the country illegally in the coming months under a Republican-backed overhaul of the immigration system.

The proposal to the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) – under which the two sides have clashed since Trump signed an executive order targeting illegal immigration last month – was sent to congressional officeholders on Sunday in case Congress failed to act before the end of the summer.

Trump signed the order, along with an order suspending the country’s refugee program, the day after he ordered a temporary halt to immigration from seven Muslim-majority countries.

A spokesman for House of Representatives Speaker Paul Ryan said Democrats had given the administration until Monday of next week to file their request for permission to keep undocumented African migrants and their relatives in violation of the order.

In November, the administration issued more than 40,000 work permits to people living legally in the country without documents. USCIS said more than 1 million people in all had been granted the permits under Trump’s order.

The administration expects that as many as 11.5 million people will still be in the country illegally during the next ten years under the Republican plan to reform the U.S. immigration system, many of whom would have to return home because their application for legal status has been denied.
