What do you want from it? How do you get it to stop?
What a wonderful day! First I got to meet Michael, my new friend and dog groomer, and for the rest of the day he was there working with me and giving me samples of his amazing products to try out.
So today’s topic is a little harder than it looks. I have 2 daughters. They are both extremely intelligent, strong and independent and like to share everything with one another. My kids know they can’t trust me and don’t think I care about them, but I know them better than anyone and I know I love them, so I do. My girls are also dogs. The second is even more unique and different. Her name is Stella and she is a German Shepherd. She is very independent and playful and is a lot like my girls. For most of our lives she has lived indoors and was only known by me. However, as my own kids got older and began to spend more time outside, she was moved out of my home almost entirely. She is in a foster home, which is a good thing for me because there needs to be one for everything. She lives in my garage, which I didn’t realize at the time but is now a great place to stay for Stella. It has a nice place to take her outside for a walk (very cool!) and the other thing it does (and I am super grateful for this, right now because she’s in a wonderful foster home), is has a garage door that lets me put in the new stereo and music that my kids got from the radio station this morning. That is one reason I love sharing the house with my beautiful daughter.
There’s lots of great things I would love to share with you today as I share with my children about how this little girl has grown so much stronger and more loving.
What Is Stella Like? Stella is adorable and super smart. When we first got her, she’s very timid.
We were scared to get her outside again even though we have never been outside but now I feel great! She has also learned that what we want, she will get. She will try to keep herself and whatever she’s doing to herself. She also knows that sometimes she’s not in the right place and we want her to find her again before we take her somewhere for a fun weekend with friends.
She’s so sweet! She’s never had a tantrum though and that’s a different story for me
